After my negative review of my experiences with transport of my vehicle, I received a call from the owner of this family owned company, who apologized for the problems described in my earlier review. I was impressed with his wanting to make things right for me and his candor. One rarely receives this type of honesty. I would definitely consider transporting my vehicle with AutoTransport 123 because I believe they want to do it right and keep their customers satisfied by providing good service.
