For my first time shipping a vehicle, let alone overseas to Hawaii, it seemed like a daunting task. I went with Auto Transport 123 because of their outstanding customer service. After doing my research, it became clear that choosing the lowest price was not as important as choosing a reliable company. Auto Transport 123 followed through with their promised reliability.

While lower-priced companies can often increase their original quotes, Auto Transport 123 never changed their original quote. Furthermore, the pick-up was prompt and the delivery was a few days early- making the process seamless. Most importantly, my car had no damage- only a little dirt- but I received a coupon for a free car-wash.

Throughout the process, whenever I had concerns or wanted an update, my go-to guy, Jerard, was extremely helpful and accessible. When I began calling various companies from the begining, many of the representatives rushed through the conversation, but Jerard was always more than willing to discuss the ins and outs of vehicle shipping from day one.

For such a big industry with tons of companies to choose from, Auto Transport 123 made me feel like a valued customer- I could definitely sense their small, personable"family-run" style despite typical disconnect that can come from big industries. I'm glad I went with them over lower-priced competitors.

If and when I need to ship a vehicle again, I will trust my vehicle with this company.
