The service was good (i.e. the car got picked up on time and delivered in a timely manner). The price however, was higher than other companies. I chose Auto Transport 123 because, as most people shipping their cars for the first time, was terrified of the process. I went online and looked at the ratings of Auto Transport 123, found out it was one of the highest rated companies, and hence picked it albeit more pricey than others. The delivery was good (i.e. normal as it should be: on time and no damage to the car). My problems with the company were the following:

After the shipment, I was called and told that I was picked in a raffle to participate in the review of the shipment process by Auto Transport 123. If I were to put in my review, then I would be put in another raffle with a chance to win a $250 check (like a rebate)... I thought: "great. Maybe I have a chance to compensate for the very high rate I paid to ship my car". The person I was talking to over the phone told me to open my email right away and complete the review. I was basically told to put in all "Excellent" reviews... Now I know why the comany has the highest ratings!! I am not saying the shipment was bad. No. The service was good, but I (like other people) paid so much more because I thought the reviews were so good. However, now I know why the reviews are so good!!

(Anyhow, I informed the person over the phone, that I would complete the review after I hung up with her, so I can write a proper review of the service)

I had friends who shipped their cars for less with no problems. I was just so scared, that I went with one of the highest prices and highest reviews...
