Charles as per our discussion you were charged $175 for your reservation fee. This order will be cancelled out of our terms and conditions without a physical letter of US certified registered mail. We don't usually do this but as we spoke about on the phone I would not like this to be a bad situation for both parties. Charles this order was only placed 72 hrs ago so the fact that we already have it dispatched is pretty impeccable service in this business. As you stated since you decided to book with 3 companies and they happened to get it picked up before we had our fair chance you will be charged. One of the most disturbing things about this review is you didn't state anything we did wrong??? you claim to have called us and spoken to us numerous times yet in the review say we put you on hold or you spoke to a voice mail? Please choose the story you would like to go with so we can respond accordingly.
