I had written a review on Autotransportation 123 and told exactly what happened. I had made arrangements with a guy named Mike. The car was supposed to be picked up on a Sunday and there would be a call to me 24 hrs. in advance to let me know the time.....NO CALL, NO PICKUP AND NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE ALL WEEKEND. On Monday I talked to the girl, Jessic a, who was very nice....she gave me a return call and told me to call a certain number. The guy Mike had assured me that autotransport123 was NOT a brokerage and was a family owned business. Guess what....BROKER.....AT ANY rate I called the number given me by Jessica and it was another transportation company out of Florida. They were professional, prompt and let me know that auto transport put my car out on the internet to see if there were any "takers". As luck had it, Arleens car transport was very very good. Mike was never to be heard from again. Auto transport 123 overcharged my credit card without authorization and I had to cancel the card and dispute the charge. I did receive a call after I wrote the review from someone named Cory and he was very nice, said if I take the review off, he would send me a check for $50 and not contest the dispute. I took the review off......HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CHECK AS OF THIS DATE AND THE DISPUTE STILL CONTINUES.
These people are scammers and playing games. Do not use them for your car transport. They are out of NY and are brokers...go directly to someone who is reliable. I would rate them a 3 out of ten..and that is being generous.
