Car arrived...broker fee not worth it.

Thankfully the driver of the actual transport was very organized and managed his own schedule well. My disappointment with Auto123 is that they made promises of how the car would be handled, which did not happen; they made promises about follow up calls before pick up, didn't happen; and they also gave the driver the wrong pick up date which I had confirmed via email and contract with Auto123.
Had the actual transport driver not called me, this would have been a disaster from a scheduling perspective.
Ultimately the car arrived well, which was the result of the transport driver and myself coordinating the details.
So for $225 I basically paid Auto123 for a referral fee...doesn't seem worth it and next time I will do more research to find the transport company direct and not use a broker like Auto123.
I did have one follow up call several days after delivery from a less thasn friendly lady.

Greg, as the owner here at Auto Transport 123 I am truly sorry for your displeasure with our service; However, that being said, Ben has been by far the most raved about asset at our company . There are over 100 5 star reviews that are credited solely to him, and his dedication to providing his customers with not only the best service, but also the most friendly and courteous transport experience. You received the exact service that Ben described to you, no money upfront, your car was picked up at the exact rate you were contracted at. You were delivered on time with the vehicle in the exact condition it was picked up in. If thats not 5 star service then the old saying that you cant please everybody rings true.
