We had never transported a vehicle before so we had no idea what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. The company was very professional to deal with right from the first phone call. When our vehicle was ready to be picked up, we met the carrier driver at Walmart's as he had six other vehicles he was transporting and the carrier was too large to drive through our neighborhood. The carrier driver did a thorough inspection of the outside of our vehicle. We were very pleased that we could load clothing and other misc items in our car with no additional charge. When our vehicle arrived in Arizona, it was transferred to a smaller carrier and was driven directly to our destination. Another inspection was done at the destination site . We were able to track the progress all along the route and we were also given our driver's cell phone number in the event we had any questions. Overall it was a very simple process. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
