This review is innaccurate, dishonest, and fraudulent. We have all the relevant information still on file for this transport. Order 46687 was from September and the reason this customer neglected to post this review until January of the following year is specifically and solely because this review is untrue. The car was offered to be delivered on either Saturday night or Sunday morning by the person who posted this review, who, keep in mind, is not even the customer. They requested it be delivered ASAP on that Saturday evening. On the bill of lading where we record damages to vehicles it specifically shows a signature from the customer and restitution paid for the damage. Furthermore when the customer decided the fee paid out of the drivers pocket to cover the minuscule issues on delivery was insufficient; she called me and demanded more money to rectify the situation. As the owner of the company; Angie my dissatisfied customer, is 100% correct. I was irate that my driver came out of pocket to cover the damages instead of going through our normal insurance policy process; and settle it amongst themselves, without making me aware of the situation whatsoever. Even after all this time, and being misinformed about the truth of this minor discrepencey, Auto Transport 123 has offered Angie to cover ANY damages that her vehicle may have had during the duration of the transport. Angie claims she is selling the car and would not like to fix the car. After 6 months the driver Bill from White Tower whose contact information is listed below is also offering to cover any claims made, yet Angie has not returned any of his 4 calls.
