Dear Auto Transport 123,

My name is Ollie Marseglia. On or around Dec. 15 I net browsed to get information on companies who transport autos since my wife had just accepted a position in Florida with her current company. I don't remember the site I found but I sent them a request for a list of providers for this service. No later than 5 mins after I sent the information on my vehicle request, Aaaron from Auto Transport 123 called me and offered his service. I had been a little hesitant to get a transporter for my car since I had a very bad experience coming from VA Beach to El Paso. I even had the Attorney General of NY get involved to get my money back. But Aaron made me feel so comfortable and assured that I chose to sign a contract with Auto Transport 123 without looking at other proposals. I found out that some other companies offered a cheaper rate and called Aaron about this. He explained that some of these less expensive companies "could" put me in the same bind I was in at VA and not provide the service. He made a commitment that Auto Transport 123 would make sure my auto was picked up at the time I requested and that I would not be charged until the driver confirmed this. He was a complete pro. I felt more at ease that I had contracted with the right company.

I just found out today that my wife's company, Morrison's, will arrange to pick up my car at no out of pocket costs so I called Auto Transport 123 and talked with Janine. She said that she is Aaron's sister. Being as pro must run in that family because she was very understanding and took care of the cancellation for me without hesitation. I want to personally thank Aaron, Janine and the whole Auto Transport family and would not hesitate to use them again or pass on the good word to others who may need your service.
