Shipping a vehicle can be overwhelming and a little scary, seems like everyone has a gimmick. After to talking to Rob on the phone he went into details on how the shipping process was going to work and the difference between his company and the many others. He was absolutely right! After the driver came and picked up my vehicle, I was able to call him to see where he was and arrange the delivery. I was not able to be present for delivery and had my Mother receive the vehicle. The only problem was that my vehicle has a standard transmission and my Mother does not drive a standard! Bryan, the driver, actually drove the vehicle to her home and backed it into the driveway for her! Talk about customer service. This was an excellent experience with a company that understands customer service!!! I would absolutely ship another vehicle with Auto Transport 123!
