This transport was our 1st experience, there was a miscommunication in the paper work for the drop off date and the driver (who is through EZ Load) ended up getting to the location about a month before we were going to be there. The pick up of our 1973 International Scout was quick and very simple until we got a call a week later from the driver saying he was at our drop off location and ready to drop it off... After explaining to him that we weren't there and wouldn't be there for another month to receive the truck he threatened my husband, left our truck in a Lowes parking lot and hid the keys while refusing to tell us where until he received payment from us. Upon speaking to Mark at AT123 he was very kind and did everything he could to settle the situation although after all the stress and confusion we were still charged full price which we intended to pay regardless but really thought we deserved just a little break for the unprofessionalism of the driver. The driver lied to his boss and to AT123 to cover his own awfulness and was allowed to get away with it. I would deal with AT123 again but definitely will not be dealing with EZ Load or any of their drivers based on this experience.
