When I make a business arrangement with anyone, the only thing that matters is that all of the performance conditions are met as agreed upon. This is exactly what I got from Auto Transport 123. Having never shipped a car before, I didn't realize all that would be put into consideration when selecting the right carrier to use. Jenny won me over with a her personality and insistence that her company would absolutely get the job done as promised. I really made the decision based upon gut feel. The price I agreed on was about $50 more than many of the other offers I recieved but I thought I could trust Jenny and AT123. Her company's performance justified my decision and the nominal extra cost. The car was picked up on the last day of a three day window (not critical) and delivered before Thanksgiving Day (delivered the 22nd-critical.) This allowed us to get it to our son, who is home on break from college, giving him a reliable car to head back with before winter hits his campus. I called Jenny back today and told her that she is a Rock Star!
