I switched to AUTOTRANSPORT 123 from another broker. That broker kept me on the hook for several weeks. Well, a full MONTH, actually. Although PJ @ Aaall states auto transport was very polite and seemed nice, he still didn't get the job done. I even asked him to increase the quote amount TWICE and whether I was in the correct price range for my car not to sit waiting for a transport truck. He said I was fine, and it was a lie. When I contacted Autotransport 123, Mike was upfront and honest about what I needed to pay. He got me a truck right away. The SAME day. You can't beat that.
