This review is fraudulent on many levels, when I personally called to inquire about their displeasure with our company I was truly, for a lack of better words, dumbfounded. I spoke with a husband and wife who had two very conflicting accounts of what transpired in their car shipping experience. In an attempt to understand their problem I consulted our call log audio recordings where we keep audio recordings of all phone calls made or received by every member of the company. After reviewing every conversation that either of these two people had with any of my employees, I still failed to understand where their displeasure with my company was stemming from. After explaining this to them and hearing what they were requesting in order to be satisfied with the service and my company I was only able to come to one conclusion; these people are dishonest, untrustworthy, and deceitful, and these are not the type of people I do business with. My company is entirely family owned and operated and we pride ourselves on delivering the most personal and professional service in the industry. Although our hundreds of other 5 star reviews speak to the true nature of our business, I find this one unfavorable review particularly upsetting because I did go out of my way to attempt to rectify this situation only to have my efforts squandered by their greed and unethical conduct. I thank anyone who took the time to read this and I look forward to building new and maintaining our great relationships with all of our valued clientele.
