Thanks for your help Ben. I chose this company because you were very knowledgeable about the process and was more than willing to explain it all to me. I appreciate the good customer service. The pickup and delivery of my car happened pretty much how you explained it. The carrier was a day later in picking up the car than I expected but all in all, the experience was a good one.
