To Whom It May Concern,

I wanted to share my excellent customer service experience with your organization about Jenny. I was just promoted at my place of employment and really needed someone to assist me in my relocation( shipping of my car), Jenny made me feel at ease immediately. With this being my first time, she was extremely patient , answered all of my questions with a keen sense of urgency and made the process very seamless. I had many questions after our initial conversation and she retuerned all my calls within minutues of me leaving a voicemail message. She was very engaged with my feelings to ensure I felt comfortable with the steps for my car to be delivered. The company was prompt on picking up my car and I did not experience any complications at all... I called various organizations when searching for the right one to ship my car and Jenny's expertise is the #1 reason why I selected this company. You definitely have a stellar employee and should proud of her contributions to your business. Job Well Done!!!
