I had requested online for quotes to move my vehicle from Philadelphia to Texas. I had called Joe and he gave me a quote which was reasonable and offered pick-up and drop-off dates for my vehicle which were perfect. However, I called a few more numbers and went for the lowest quote and chose another company. The other company gave a 5 day pick-up window and I had explained to them the urgency of my vehicle being picked up within that time-frame since I was catching a 'plane out of Philadelphia at the end of the 5-day window. The window period came and they said "Tomorrow" until the last day when I called and said I was leaving the next day and they said "Leave your car at a friend's, we may pick it up the day you leave or later". I explained that they had told me my car would be picked up before I left and the company rep said "Get real!". She let me cancel my contract BUT made me pay about $100 "cancellation fees" for a mistake which was theirs. I was leaving in a day. I remembered Joe and called. Within a few hours his brother Keith called me back with a pickup up day and a telephone number of the driver, which the prior company had refused to give me. The next day my vehicle was picked up ON TIME, and delivered to me in Texas ON TIME. I am truly grateful for this company and the way Joe, Keith and their sister work as a team. I'm not being compensated for this review, I'm just glad to be writing it. I'd use their company again anytime!
