I basically started by looking up several car transport companies. The reviews were very helpful in making a fairly informed decision. When I contacted 123....I spoke with Kelly. She was very personable and seemed very sincere. I was immediately suspicious...that's an ex-New Yorker for ya. What made me choose the company in the end was Kelly and later Janine's follow up calls. I was out of town and they continued to leave pleasant messages that definitely kept them on my mind...very smart business. While the first dispatched pick-up was much to early for my travel dates the second was more within the perimeters of what I needed. My car was delivered on the other end and the report ( from my mother ) was good.The follow up call from 123 was much appreciated. I do think 123 is a solid company. I wish they're pricing was a little more inline with most other companies. I suppose you get what you pay for. Oh ! One p.s. to the company. Do try to get a more private place to converse. The rangle in the background made me a little nervous on first call. I would recommend them to anyone in need of car transporting services. Continued success to the company...especially to Kelly and Janine ( the muscle in the group).
