Very honest and upfront. Jimmy seemed like a smooth talking salesman at first, but he turned out to be honest and came through on all promises. The delivery had some issues with getting into residential areas since trees rubbing against the cars was an problem. We had to pick up the cars at a local shopping center. It worked out in the end and the cars were in good shape.
