When I called and talked to Ariel he said they would pick car up in 3 days and deliver it in 3 to 5 days. When Janine called back to confirm transport, she said they couldn't guarantee pickup or delivery dates.
Auto was picked up in 3 days and delivery was attempted in 12 days.Jul 5th
On that same day Ariel called me to ask how everything went. I informed him that there was some problems.
On the 19th of July, Janine called me and asked how things were?!!!? I told her the story and she said she would get back to me. She called back and told me to contact the driver and his insurance co. because they were responsible.
After posting this review the owner of the Transport123 Co. called me and got involved. He apologized for not getting involved at the beginning, but said the owner of the trucking co. (Roger), said he was going to handle everything.
Well Roger didn't!!!!!!!!!! And The truck driver Jerry Hermsoth (Woknthedawg)did a very poor job. Didn't thank the person who saved his life from the burning car or the person who work on and fixed the trailer so he could move it again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Transport 123 has worked with me and has tried to help get this issue resolved.
