Evan is AWESOME! He answered his phone on a holiday early morning and tried his best to work a solution out. However, I would NOT recommend using WC & Associates LLC, the carrier of my vehicles. Walter was far from a true professional, he never called me to let me know he was broke down in the worst area of LA, and I had to go get my vehicles. (Also, there are black greasy hand prints and strap marks all over the hoods of both vehicles that won't wash off, and I have tried all sorts of different cleaners!) I feel that for as much money as I paid, Walter did not fulfill his end of the deal.
