Our car has been picked up by the driver and is en route from Mississippi to Washington. AutoTransport 123 and the driver of the truck are making every effort to get the vehicle to us. They have been in frequent communication with my husband, been very professional, and though late in picking the car up, we feel that they are working to remedy the situation. To be honest, this is the first time we've shipped a vehicle and we don't know what to expect. Probably we should have had an earlier pick up date on it.
