Tried to Hide Damage

Dropped of my vehicle at a dealership. When I arrived about 2 hours later the roof had a plastic covering on it, I asked the dealer what that was for and they stated that "it arrived like that" After pulling the plastic off we found the roof damaged, We immediately contacted the company and explained what was found. After a few phone calls they I finally talked to a customer rep and she said "Yes the driver did the damage, he just forgot to take the plastic off and forgot about it" What bull, the driver purposely covered up the damage, had the paper work signed and left hoping to not get caught. I was told to submit photos and estimates,($3600.00!) however the person who handled damages would not be back for 15 days. After that time period I called to check on the status and was told that "Zoya" wasn't in but would contact me in a couple of hours. 22 calls in a week, and she never would return my call. I finally did get a hold of her and she said "The reason I didn't get back to you is because the estimates are too high" How in the hell was I suppose to know this!? Afte arguing back and forth, and sending two more estimates (total of 5 now) she will not take or return my calls. I am now forced to go the legal route.
