Dealing with them on the phone was ideal. They kept me informed regarding the day and hour of pickup in Los Angeles. Car was delivered 5 days later in Philadelphia and I was called two hours before drop off. Driver met me at a spot I recommended, car was taken off the trailer with no hitches and delivery was fast and simple. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone I know who would nedd a car delivered.
