After a no-show with another company, I selected Stateway Auto Transport who brokered the deal to Auto Star of Spokane, WA. At the end of 7 business days, I received an email for pickup to occur on July 4, 2013. No one showed up and no one called. I called and emailed, but got no response. On July 5, Auto Star called to say they would be here on July 6 for pickup. Again, no-show and no phone call. I called and called both Auto Star and Stateway Transport, but only Stateway called back. This time, pickup was scheduled for Monday, July 8. I took my second day off work to wait for them. Again, no-show and no phone call. I called Stateway since they at leat call me back when I leave a msg or email and cancelled the order. On July 10th, I packed a bag and drove the car from central Pennsylvania to Vancouver, WA. On the 11th, Auto Star called my cell phone to tell me they would be picking up the vehicle the following evening. I told the woman on the phone that they would not be picking it up, I had fired them on July 9th, and that their company "sucked", and alternative arragements had been made and the vehicle was on its was there already without their help. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE, BUT I WOULD RUN AS FAST AS I CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO COURTESY, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. IT COST ME 500.00 TO TAKE 2 DAYS OFF WORK AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN MUSTER UP A PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WEREN'T COMING. HELP THEM OUT OF BUSINESS-SHIP YOUR VEHICLE WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. 3 STRIKES IN CENTRAL PA
