I went online to get a quote for my vehicle to be transported. Little did i know that 3 minutes after requesting a quote my phone would start to explode with brokers. After listening to the same babble about "we have the best price" i received a call from Jerry Cohen at Auto Shipping TLC. Jerry took the time to explain that I would be getting calls from many brokers due to the nature of the internet quote business. He then explained the benefits of using his company which were many;business ranking, customer service, follow through, insurance, pick up and drop off procedures etc.

I thanked Jerry for his time and decided to place my order with him giving him a minimal deposit. Jerry contacted me within a few hours with a pick up date and an approximate delivery date. I was contacted by Jerry once the car was picked up in Colorado and was constantly kept updated as my delivery date approached.My vehicle was delivered 2 days early which was no problem due to the constant communication with Jerry. My vehicle (a classic 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SL Convertible with 70,000 miles) was delivered in the same mint condition it was in when it left Denver, CO.

Jerry exceeded my expectations with customer service as he truly cares about his customers. There's an old saying in business; "under promise and over deliver". Jerry and his company over delivered and i would strongly recommend him personally and his company.
