I called Auto Shipping TLC on 2/14 for basic information on my shipping quote. Jerry explained to me the whole process of transporting vehicles since it was my first time shipping a vehicle via trailer. He did not push me to do business with him, he just told me how it all worked and that I should check the company out on BBB before making a decision to go with them. After having the car ready for shipment, I called them on 2/18 to get the ball rolling. I had expected it would take at least a week for them to find me a truck to ship at the price i wanted. Surprisingly, Jerry called me back within an hour or so and let me know that a truck was available to pick up the car within the next couple hours. I agreed to ship it and after putting a partial deposit down, the car was loaded at the promised time. The ETA was 2/21 but the car showed up early next morning! The whole process was painless. Jerry and Auto Shipping TLC completely exceeded my expectations! I would not hesitate on using them again.
