I had an incredibly experience using Auto Shipping TLC. I moved cross country from Philadelphia to California and Jerry could not have made this process any easier! He explained how everything works in detail. He holds his drivers to an incredibly high standard and talks you through the entire process from signing a contract to pickup through delivery. Jerry did his best to find me the cheapest price with a quality driver to transport my care safely from one coast to the other. I had contacted Jerry about 1.5 weeks prior to moving with a narrow time frame for moving my car.

Within several hours of contacting Jerry to give him permission to move my vehicle, he had a truck ready to go to pick up my car. Unfortunately, when the first truck contacted me they were unable to pick up my car within the time frame that I required. I immediately contacted Jerry and he was able to find me another transport that was actually cheaper and that was able to pick up my vehicle on the exact day I wanted it picked up. Jerry was very understanding and accomodative when it came to having to switch transporters due to the time contraints. I have a very narrow window to move my car and Jerry made sure that he found a transporter that worked within my needs.

Jerry was very down to earth and practical. He explained everything clearly and in terms that I could easily understand. He did additionally offer me an extra insurance policy (which I did purchase) for $95 incase of any damage to my car. Fortunately, I did not have to use this insurance policy, but it was nice to have peace of mind for such a long transport.

I expected my car to arrive in 7-10 days which I found fairly typical of a cross country transport. My car arrived within 5 days of being picked up. The team that transported my car was incredible. They arrived on time and when they said they would. When I had to change my drop off location due to work purposes they were more than accomodating.

Overall I would definitely use Auto Shipping TLC again and would recommend them to anyone making a long distance move!
