Working with Jerry made a confusing, stressful experience easy. He explained each step of the process clearly and completely. There were no surprises. I knew what would happen when. I knew what the costs were with nothing left unstated in the complete & thorough paperwork I received. I knew I was dealing with an honest firm & a person of integrity.
Jerry went well beyond the call of duty by accommodating our special needs for the pick-up of the automobile. He is a professional who treated me like a person & not just a dollar sign.
Jerry told me the car would be delivered in 3-5 days. The car was delivered in 3 days. The driver who delivered the auto to my home was courteous and punctual . Again, no surprises. I am completely satisfied with my experience and have no reservations about recommending Auto Shipping TLC.
