A minor set back occured during the process of arranging for vehicle transporting during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I had to contact Jerry Cohen on Thanksgiving Day, and to my delight, I heard back from him approximately 20 minutes after sending an E-Mail. Reasons for delay were explained and I was very satisified with Jerry's professional manner correcting the situation. Jerry was the only one, from several other brokers, who took the time to explain the process of transporting a vehicle and the ways to ensure you are getting quality service. Thank you Jerry Cohen.
