This was my first time shipping a car and as apprehensive and nervous as I was reading about all the crazy things that happen with these car shipping companies, Jerry made it a very comfortable experience. He was honest about the whole process and was always available at all times (even when his wife was undergoing surgery at the hospital!!!) to satisfy all my concerns. I will definitely use his services again in the future. The pick up and drop off was exactly on time, in fact I got the car earlier than I had expected so that was a a great surprise. He was in touch with me the whole and kept me updated on the status of my car. My husband and I really respect his honesty and quality of service in going above and beyond his call of duty. 5 stars for sure!!!
