This company doesn't have real drivers and trunks. They are only brokers.

I was moving to the North right before the Christmas, and already signed a contract with other company; Auto Shipping Network contacted me and promised me the service and pick up during Christmas time, so I switched to ASN. Once the contract signed, they always avoided from telling me the pickup time and were always busy with talking on the phone with the driver, and never called me back. They delayed my schedule, and was trapped in Florida alone during Christmas time.
Today they sent me the drivers phone number and asked me to contact the driver and schedule the pickup time on my own. I was really pissed off. I told them they should arrange the time with drivers according to my availability. their MANAGER insisted they are borker, what they needs to do is sending out the trunckers information, and let me figure out by myself. Their website didn't say they are broker, I thought they have their own trunk and drivers. Don't be cheated! I can tell more details if you are interested.
