This message is a sincere Thank You to Auto Shipping Network. As we have purchased a vehicle via eBay, we have been trying to ship our new SUV since June 18th. Three brokers and three weeks later - the "new" SUV was still parked at the seller house across the whole country. Yes, for three weeks we have been trying to arrange the pick-up for the vehicle with no avail!

We received a quote from ASN - the rate seemed reasonable and we decided to contact them. Takisha (ASN) listened to our "story" of broken promises, over-promised and under-delivered service by other brokers who were eager to get business from us and charge our CC. She did not waste any time, but called us back with a name of an actual transport company that was going to pick-up our vehicle in Baltimore.

Needless to say, she arranged all information via Internet to us. Including contract with a full disclosure, actual pick-up date and time, phone number for the company (Mobile Transport form Spokane, WA), phone number of the driver.

The pick-up date was shifted by one day as the driver was trying to hurry to pick-up all vehicles before heading for Seattle. It's ok as we had follow-up calls from the driver.

Thank You Takisha and Auto Shipping Network for making our worries go away and stand by your promises and obligations! Thank You for your humanistic approach to your business!
