Kimberly provided outstanding customer service and communication throughout the process and kept me informed especially with the time difference where I am at, my car, and her location. The whole shipment and paperwork/documents were difficult at first, but Kimberly was always available and assisted me all the time which made it easier and ultimately getting my care on time. So, with what I experienced, I will definitely recommend the service to my family, friends, and colleagues. Also, if in the future I have to ship my car again, I will utilize this great service.
