Kim is being amazing! She literally saved us when the first company I booked didn't show up and kept disconnecting me when I called. Kim was amazing, coordinating an immediate transfer of my daughter's car. She also reached out to us during the process to ensure everything was going smoothly. I will absolutely be calling Kim again for future car transports. The company is lucky to have her as an employee Beyond Outstanding!!! So grateful. Lisa
