Felicia was easy to work with, very responsive, proactive and clear at communicating through the process. This was my first time shopping a car, so I had several questions which she helped to answer. I’d definitely use her again, and/or recommend her to a friend! My car was also picked up more quickly than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. No issues with driver or transport.
