Andrew did a OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. We communicated via text which was very convenient. He was responsive and available into the evening hours, also highly convenient. Andrew patiently explained the process, answered my questions, generated a fair quote consistent with other companies. It was because of his customer service that I felt comfortable going with Auto Shipping Group, Inc. I’m admittedly particular and was worried about how I would find the right company for a high dollar delivery. After discussing with Andrew, it was obvious and I booked on the spot. He was able to get me schedule on a quick turn around and the delivery drivers estimate time of arrival was on the dot. The delivery drivers service represented also did a nice job communicating with me on the day of. Overall, I’m very satisfied and appreciative of the coordination Andrew provided. Thanks for what you do, you make a big difference for folks on what is one of the bigger purchases of their lives.
