I contacted Auto Shipping Group a couple of weeks back to get a quote to transport my classic 1956 pickup from Southern Cal to Nevada. They sent me a quote in an email quickly. they also reached out via text and voice mail. I had to wait a couple of weeks to respond but when I called and spoke to Felicia Williams, she had my info and was ready to get the process going. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the next steps and cost. I agreed and she indicated she would call once she had transport available. I received a call the very next day and the driver was dispatched at that time. They picked up and delivered my vehicle that day. The entire process went smoothly. The level of customer service provided by Felicia was phenomenal. Her experience and follow-up made the process go smoothly. She sent a text to check on driver and provided me updates and check-ins. This was the first time I used this type of transport for a classic car so working with someone like Felicia through the process was the key. Finding companies that provide good customer service has been difficult these past few years. It is people like Felicia that make the difference. Great work! I will use Auto shipping Group again and would recommend them to anyone transporting a classic or any vehicle for that matter. Make sure you ask for Felicia Williams; she will get it right!!
