Arnold helped me arrange the transport of my used classic vehicle from the seller on the east coast to me on the west coast. He took time to explain how the process worked, which cleared up MUCH of the confusion I saw in complaints on the internet about this type of service from other providers. He then established pricing and schedule for me and was proactive in facilitating communication between me, the seller and the transport operator. The vehicle was collected and loaded on-time (no long wait for the seller), delivered 2 days ahead of schedule to me, and was unloaded at my door. No issues. No pricing increases. Exactly as it was supposed to be. I'd work with Arnold and ASG in a heartbeat...and they don't send any nagging e-mails like I'm still receiving two months later from several of the other firms on the internet.
