I requested a vehicle transport from Miami to LA. I was contacted by a number of brokers with vague promises and repeated overtures. I spoke with Malia at ASG several times and she patiently outlined the process for me, answered my questions, and kept me informed about the timeline. Moreover, she explained ASGs role, her role, and set realistic expectations that were all met and all exceeded. It was a fantastic experience and my Model X was picked up in Miami and dropped off at my front door in perfect concert with my highest hopes.
