Extremely poor service and follow through. This shipper had my vehicle dumped off in the wrong place. And did not keep tabs on what they were hired for. Upon me checking many times, found out my vehicle was dumped off at some tow away yard. I then had to pay for storage since it was there a while, plus pay the tow truck to tow it to the town of destination. Missing the boat it was to go on, vav to now wait till next week, forcing me to spend an additional $500 on top of everything to get a rent a car for this additional 7 day delay! Very disappointed in this companies lack of professionalism.
