We're all dealing with the coronavirus outbreak and the upheaval of our lives, which is absolutely unprecedented. We needed to get our son from Alabama back to California after his university shut its doors due to COVID19. We were thrown in TU o a tailspin trying to find a way to get him home safely and ship his car back home. I was blessed to get an email from Heidi at Auto Shipping Group regarding my inquiry and requested quote. I must say, it's rare to receive professional, courteous, patient, caring and expedited service when there's a nationwide emergency, but Heidi was there to calm my anxiety about how to get my son's car from Alabama. Not only was she a true professional from beginning to end, but exhibited a caring, understanding demeanor AND was able to find a carrier the same day I contacted her that agreed to the fee and picked up my son's car the next morning!!
