Kimla, I am so confused to this review! I am assuming that you have me confused with a different company because we DID transport your vehicles and you gave a RAVING REVIEW about the move! To start, we worked together very closely to setup the arrangements for your carrier. It did take a few days longer than expected because we were working around your household movers schedule as well and you had not finalized your flight out of town, but we spoke or messaged almost daily. I contacted you with the schedule my dispatchers arranged and you agreed to the shipment which fit perfectly to your travel plans. I emailed you the DocuSign contract and you completed it which as stated approved the scheduling and accepting the carrier. The evening prior to your scheduled loading you left a Voicemail after hours asking to possibly cancel the carrier because you thought you had another company to move? The next morning I contacted the drivers to attempt to cancel and they said they called you that morning and you set up the loading schedule with them and everything was all set. They did infact arrive that morning, loaded both of your vehicles and delivered right on time with no issues. I spoke to the carriers this morning to verify this and to make sure that we did not miss something and your vehicles actually did not get loaded and you were charged incorrectly but I have verification from them a COMPLETED Bill of Lading for your move. Once you release the vehicles to our carrier for transport and they are loaded and in route you cannot cancel, It's common sense. Also, If you were cancelling why did you release the cars to my drivers? I never received any calls, emails or texts from you after the vehicles were loaded by our carriers. especially requesting a refund which I would have explained to you how that would not be possible (as I said, my carriers already loaded and were enroute). Your account was not charged at all until the day your vehicles were scheduled to be loaded as stated in our companies terms and conditions. All of this leads me to assume that you meant this review for another company, possibly the company you were talking to the evening prior to your vehicles being loaded by my drivers? I'm sorry if they charged you and I do hope you get a refund back from them. Best of Luck! Have a great day.
