Leeann was the first one who explained to me how vehicle transport works. I was being hit with multiple texts and emails after putting out a search. She took the time to call, inform, and listen to me. I saved her contact info and waited until the car was ready to ship out from Southampton, UK. She advised me as we put together a bid on shipping. Leeann was able to coordinate with my import broker to ensure the driver had proper documentation to receive the car. The transporter, Paul from Aztec Shipping, delivered the car with a windshield chip not seen on any previous photo of the car (including on the boat) and then tried to shake my wife down for extra money because he lost time trying to figure out how to start the car. So, in sum, Leeann was great and screw Paul.
