It started out a little rough, but I think it's because I didn't understand the process. Most ALL of these companies are brokers, and have very little control when your vehicle will be picked up. It depends on when a driver will be in the area to pick it up, and obviously will be going in the direction you want the vehicle to be delivered. The brokers simply puts it out on a "board" so to speak, and a driver takes the job at random. So, it's a waiting game for you AND the broker. If a driver takes the job, it's still a waiting game wondering of the driver is going to come through at the time promised. That is why you see so many reviews that indicate their vehicle didn't get to them on the day they thought. The driver can take his time, or simply decide to drive on by and not pick up the vehicle. Well, I will say after I spoke to Michael a few times, and he realized I was rather uptight and desperate. He was very informative, and patient with my many texts and phone calls. He even texted and called me as well. The communication was very good. Finally, a driver picked up my route, and a few days later then I thought, my car arrived. Anyone that needs this service needs to understand it is not instant. If you call, and you don't get a good feeling about the attitude of the broker right from the start, find someone else. I got lucky with Michael.
