The coordinator was acceptable. However the cost was high. The trucking company was LAME! I had to drive 7 miles away to get car. He demanded I get there or else. The driver was a slob that hadn’t bathed in months! I waited 2 hrs to get car off trailer. Somehow, he put it into all wheel drive and forced drove it while I heard all the clicking stress on the CV joints(4WD truck not made for dry running in 4WD)...as I screamed at him. He kept driving as the vehicle lurched. He got out but left a rank, gross, putrid smell that took a full interior cleaning and 2 weeks with the window open. Coordinator acceptable, trucking company crap! In the end, too expensive
