I purchased a vehicle that required shipment across country. I placed my trust in the Auto Shipping Group. On a Sunday afternoon there was suddenly a problem with the transporter which would have prevented the delivery and perhaps a diversion to storage in another town far away from my home. First thing Monday morning Danielle reached out to me and the transport dispatch to triage the issue. My coordinator, Felicia was brought in to sort things out. Felicia went above and beyond the call of duty to use PERSONAL resources to ensure my vehicle was not diverted and delivered safely and on time. Who does this? Thank you Felicia!
