I am really confused by this review right now. You had placed your order with another company who was unable to find you a carrier. You emailed me on the 30th and asked if we could look for a carrier so we placed the order at 7:13 am on the 31st coming from SOUTH DAKOTA in the winter. We had a carrier scheduled by 10:45am. You told me to text you because you work nights so that was the best way to communicate with you. On the scheduled date for pick up which was the same day the 31st, we couldn't reach you, and the pick up location couldn't reach you to get verbal approval because the other company had made this such a mess for you. We finally get you on the phone, get it approved and loaded to the carrier. The vehicle was delivered 3 days later to Spokane. I texted you and asked how delivery went and you replied...Sorry I was driving and before that snowboarding. Yes the car was delivered Saturday. The wheel rolls fine and I paid the driver a drove my car home. So again not quite sure why my customer service is being rated a 1 star. I did leave you a message a few minutes ago to try to figure out why I was given this rating. I have not received any letters from you regarding disappointment, so maybe you're thinking of the first company you booked with. As for the pricing being high, we quoted you a price, and it stayed that price.. it did not change EVER. I'm sorry that you feel that I didn't help you. I called a carrier before you even booked, found one, you booked and got you on the truck. So not sure what I'm missing here.. But I'm sorry you feel that way.
