I spoke to Arnold multiple times because I was nervous about shipping my car and he was so kind and patient with me every time. He answered all of my questions every time I called. I spoke to many transporters and I felt like Arnold was the most genuine transporter. He was honest and found me a driver about an hour after I spoke to him. My car was picked up the next day. He provided the lowest rate and I called a lot of people. Definitely, a smooth and painless experience.
