Gretchen made the process of shipping a car extremely easy. She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the process thoroughly. She called me back within one hour to tell me that a carrier had picked up the ticket and what the time frame was for delivery. I had four other quotes from different companies that were within $50.00 of each other. I chose to go with Auto Shipping Group because of Gretchen's OUTSTANDING customer service.
